BACKGROUND
.

In 2001, Aspen Grove’s open-air design was a progressive and successful response to the decline of indoor malls. Two decades later though, Aspen Grove (like all brick-and-mortar shopping) faces a critical demand to evolve. Retail is challenged by unprecedented competition from the Internet, big box stores and a younger generation’s lean toward experiences and away from material goods — all trends exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic.

A NEW WAY TO LITTLETON
.

We believe that by thinking holistically, broadening our vision from shopping center to a vibrant, walkable, mixed-use village, Aspen Grove will once again thrive. Becoming more relevant to all ages. And enriching community life with inspired ways for people to shop, celebrate, live and connect with each other beside some of Littleton’s most treasured natural spaces.
